Abstract

The authors formulate the requirements for high-frequency resonant piezoelectric element of an ultrasonic phased array to solve the problems of nondestructive testing. The article considers various ways of making the phased array elements. The researcher s conduct mathematical simulation of different design variants and on the basis of obtained data analysis construct and investigate array samples.
